Police vs. disabled?

I was going to answer this, but am dumbfounded by an answer I just read (about police reaction & the conversation before hand). This man was a quadraplegic. There is no excuse. I have a paralyzed son. I'm not big on law suits, but this is one instance that I would file one in a New York minute. Reprehensible behavior.
