Mediam/large, pinkish red fleshy swelling in both nostrils?

About a year ago i noticed two quite large Pink reddish swelling type things in my nose. They're squishy but they don't cause any pain. Occasionally, I find it quite difficult to breath through my nose, mostly at night. Also it looks like they change size over night, sometimes bigger and sometimes smaller. It is quite unlikely to be symptoms of a cold because i have had them all through last summer and spring. They are there all day and I keep having to sniff to stop my nose from dripping snot :L. It gets quite embarring and people think that i have a sniffing habit. I have been doing a lot of research and I think that they might be nasal polyps. They don't really look like drips but i can only see a bulge in my nose with about 1cm gap or less between it and my airway.
