How long does a landlord have to fix a burst pipe, minnesota?

a little more then a month ago our outdoor hose pipe that goes through my bedroom burst and went through the drywall and all over my tv, computer, walls, ceiling, carpet. It took them a week to come over and just look at it. 3 weeks ped and I called asking when they are going to fix the piping. "oh we have been very busy and been gone on vacation the ped few weekends( just on weekends at home on the weekdays) but we have been 'thinking' about coming over soon to fix it"... It took them 3 months to "find" a new oven ( used) when the stove stopped working a week after we moved in. and our garage cable snapped( the landlord installed the new springs himself) and it took them over a week to have someone come out and look at it to fix it.. Thanks for your responses.
