Who do you consider to be a true hypercrit?

After being raised in a church of God I've learned that there are individuals out there that don't take religion seriously like they should. For instance, some smoke, go party on friday and to church on Sunday but claim they are a christian. You will also notice they take verses in the bible to fit the situtation they are in. For instance when in an argument they will through a verse at you while cusing you out with profanity words. The list goes on. Do you consider these people true hypercrits? If so, who is worse?
