Is this the breaking point?

I have been talking to this guy for 5 months now. We met through Yahoo! Personals, and now we talk everyday, at least once. He's even said "I love you" to me, and I said it back. We haven't met yet, and I've been putting it off because he might be moving 3 hours away, and I don't want to become too attached if he does move. The thing is, really the only problem I have with him, his that he smokes weed. I am very against drug use, I think it's very stupid, and it's against everything I believe in. I wrote him an email, but I have it saved until I'm ready to send it. I wrote it just to make sure I said everything I needed to, and that I don't forget anything important. My question is, when do I send it, what do I say, and should I end the relationship? I really like him a lot, maybe even love....help!!!
