Do I have a shot at these schools? :)?

I would say that you have a very good chance at Penn State and the University of Florida. You have a very slight chance at Penn and Brown - your grades are good, but your SAT is a little on the low side for them, and your extracurriculars are probably not outstanding enough for them. For Yale, I would have to say most likely not. It is incredibly competitive and very hard for anyone to get into, so between your SAT and extracurriculars, I would be extremely surprised to see you accepted there, based only on what you have told us.
