What's the correct latin syntax for "Building College Ready Life Long Learners"?

I already know the correct words but I'm lost on the grammar and syntax. The words are: Building = Adeficatio College/University = Academia Ready = Paratus Life = Vita or Anima Long = Diu Learners = Discipulus (singular, need plural). I've been asked to put this on an academic seal but can't even contemplate it until I know the grammar involved. Help?
