Gosh, that sucks. I think it depends on the recommendations of the Gaurdian Ad Lidem and DCFS. It depends on your Psyche Evaluation and other factors, but it seems that the baby should not at all be with the Mom. Foster Care is not always much better - I hope you get the baby.
