I'm so indecisive about what I should do after high school, what ?

Here are MY choices: southern university-baton rouge, la tech university, university of pine bluff, texas women's university, texas southern university or continuing vocational school. I'm really interested in art (animation, illustration, etc.) and fashion design. Are there any local fashion and art cles in texas ? I really haven't been studying throughout high school which make my grades low; hopefully get a 2.0 average GPA when I graduate. I college much harder than high school ?
