Wanting to throw a party!!!?

I'm wanting to have a party but not sure where to have it at. Would like to have it at a hotel so I wouldn't have to drink and drive but not sure what hotel would be nice. I stay in Oak Cliff in Dallas, Tx and would like to stay in this or near this area as my friends live in the same area and also don't want them drinking and driving. Would like a penthouse but don't want to spend too much money and also want to play music. Not have a dj but just have some cds playing. ANY IDEAS????
