Converting songz from bearshare to itunes?

i just started using bearshare and once i download a track how did u i move it over to my itunes library? I've tried to click and drag but itunes says that can only convert unprotected WMA songs...help plz! =] or if that isn't possible then how can i at least get the downloaded tracks from bearshare onto my ipod
