Blood in my toilet not from menstruation?

Im a 32 year old female with no gall bladder. since i had my gall bladder removed i have diarrhea all the time. today i ave had to BM and the first was normal for me. this last one was different. i went. was liquid and when i wiped i had blood on the tissue. i got up and the toilet water was red. i havent eatten anything weird and i am not on my cycle
