Worried my dog is going blind...?

i think it is most likely old age ... and just treat her normally ... my dog went blind and deaf and he got around okay, i just treated him without pity ... it is just part of life getting old and while going blind is not good, it is also not the worst thing that could happen ... if the dog has been in the same environment for a long time they really do adjust quite well ... and your dog probably won't go completely blind, more like he can see shadows ... do things with him that use his nose and ears ... with my dog i would have him sit in the kitchen and then go and hide treats (in pretty obvious places, he was blind after all) and he would then go and find them ... so don't feel sorry for your dog, accept she is getting old and you keep happy so she does too :O)
