What do you think of this PA school accused of spying on students remotely using webcams in school computers?

They were encouraged by the Patriot Act. Cons don't seem to care about sacrificing civil liberties and privacy to fight "terror" (ie foreign brown people) but get confused and outraged when the same tactics get turned on them and their families. Nobody wants to look at the slippery slope we created.
