What do I need to know before meeting with the District Manager of the company I'm coming into?

I am going to be a manager at PacSun and I have an interview with our DM (District Manager) on Thursday morning. I am wondering what should I go about at this interview? Should I have anything prepared? Any tips? Thank you!
