Switching for a 16g to a 14g lip piercing?

so i accidently bought a 14g lip piercings when i'm pierced at 16. i've had my piercings half a year now and they're fully healed. they don't hurt when i tug on them or twirl them around and there is no crusty things coming out. i was wondering if it would hurt and if it was okay to switch. oh yeah i have snakebites btw, ooooooh yeah.
