Regrets of Bariatric/gastric byp surgery?

I would like to hear from those who have had gastric byp surgery or from those that have close ties with those who have had it. What are some of your (or their) regrets for having the surgery? Are these problems still with you or was it all part of moving through a phase? Anything you can share would greatly be appreciated.
