Parcelforce UK advice - Can someone else pick up a parcel for you?

I pick up parcels regularly for business, Royal Mail are generally okay but prefer an ID with the same address on it, but Parcelforce are very fussy (even though they are owned by RM!) and the person collection must be the same as the ID.
