I have SVT and VT had a elctrocardiogram Dr found small amount of fluid but isnt worried... I am?

Ok so I have had SVT since I was about 15 I have maybe 2 episodes a year. In the past few years I noticed a couple times a day a sudden STRONG skipped Beat's takes my breath away kinda scary and something new.. So I go back to Dr... Get another heart Monitor and get DX with the VT and have the electrocardiogram and it finds a little fluid around my heart. Now my DR a Electrocardiologist doesn't think its a big deal... He says its normal but I don't thinks its normal...uggg..ANyone else ever been told a small amount of fluid around heart was normal?
