Can any one guide how to get out of debt ?

I live in vizag, Andhra Pradesh working in a limited company. I want to get out a debt of Rs. 4 Lakhs. I tried hard to get a consolidated loan to clear all the debts. But it failed. I am looking for a part time jobe i.e. after 6 pm to 11 pm. Can any one guide or give me an opportunity.
